FreeNo account, no watermark and no limit on the number of files.
FaithfulMicrosoft fonts are replaced by free fonts with the same letter widths, so lines break where they did. Anything shown differently is listed.

Questions

Does it work in Safari?

Yes, in Safari 15 or newer, and in Chrome, Firefox and Edge for Mac.

Will the fonts look right?

Windows fonts like Calibri and Cambria are shown with free fonts of exactly the same width, so lines break where they did. Fonts embedded in the file are used as they are.

Can I open .pub files in Pages or Keynote?

No. Apple’s apps don’t open Publisher files. Save from Pubwork as PDF, or as Word (.docx), which Pages can open.

Is my file uploaded?

No. Pubwork runs inside your browser, so the file stays on your Mac.
